In just 12 years of banking and brokerage, Scott has successfully funded in excess of a billion dollars in loans and has used his know-how and energy to co-found Fit Capital Solutions.
Combined with Fit Solutions and his latest endeavour, AGRI FIT Solutions, Scott was responsible for the placement of over $350 million in agricultural lending across Western Canada. Scott is always ready to roll-up his sleeves and work with clients in a hands-on and creative approach that will lead to success.
He specializes in Canadian agricultural financing and consultancy in areas of farm acquisition and expansion, crop input financing, raising working capital, financing equipment, as well as lines of credit and bridge financing. Scott has a unique skillset that also extends to land sale and lease-back options.
Scott is customer focused and is passionate about his clients, whose work is the backbone of our agriculture and food industry in Canada.
MAC SARRO
ANALYST
Mac brings to the AGRI FIT team more than 3 years of experience in underwriting agriculture assets and farm budget planning.
Mac’s areas of focus include analysis of agriculture operations, cash flow modeling, and sale-and-lease-back transactions.
He graduated from the University of Calgary in 2015 with a concentration in general mathematics and has an excellent foundation in mathematical modeling, statistics, and probability. Mac was fortunate enough to be drafted into the CFL after playing football at U of C, and his team first disposition assures accountability to client success.
MIKE LOPTSON
ANALYST
Mike is responsible for assessing and analyzing farm and feedlot operations. He draws on his past experience as an agriculture underwriter, working with farmers across Alberta, Manitoba, & Saskatchewan, to ensure that AGRI FIT client’s have their needs satisfied and exceeded.
Mike’s areas of focus include assessing historical results and analyzing budgets to forecast future growth. Mike is experienced in cost benefit analysis and uses financial modeling to provide appropriate input to clients. His skillset allows the AGRI FIT team to present clients with accurate and effective recommendations that can be implemented to meet short and long-term operational goals.
Mike graduated from Mount Royal University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Financial Analysis.
MARK ROSSI

Armed with years of strategic management of assets, time and problem-solving skills, Mark brings a wealth of experience in navigating complex industries. Mark seeks to leverage his leadership acumen to contribute to the growth of sustainable and profitable farming practices, aiming to create a lasting impact on the agricultural landscape.

With over 10 years of finance and accounting experience, Brennan has a deep understanding of businesses expanding across multiple industries. Brennan has leveraged this exposure and developed a skill set for identifying solutions to improve working capital, facilitate expansion, and assist with capital expenditures.
Brennan’s experience in both banking and accounting provides a unique approach to analyzing a wide range of business scenarios and offering valuable insight and advice to business owners and agriculture producers. Brennan is focused on building strong relationships to ensure timely business decisions can be executed efficiently and accurately to drive future growth and strengthen the operation.
